Website Maintenance Plan

This plan helps small business owners take a load of doing their own Web Maintenance; allowing them to focus on growing their business. Thus, letting us do what we do the best; maintain your website for a low monthly fee of Rs. XYZ.

From our experience, most updates do not require more than an hour, which allows us to provide maintenance services for a low monthly fee of Rs. XYZ. There may be some rare cases where some maintenance tasks may take longer than an hour, to accomodate that, our hourly rate starts at Rs. XYZ. per hour.

This plan allows you to:

• Add photos*
• Photo Galleries
• Descriptions
• Update Prices
• Change Phone Numbers
• Change Emails
• Add Pages*
• Add Forms*
• Add Interactive Google Maps
• Add Products
• Add Paypal buttons
• Add blogs
• Add Forums

* There is a limit of one page per month and only up to two contact forms total that can be added per site. There is also a limit of only 2 hours per day per project. Photos are to be ready for posting; resized and optimized for the Web.

Note: All the material shall be provided by the client 24 hours prior. RG Ideas shall not be responsible for any grammatical, adult content or any type of error on descriptions of products or services provided by the client. All content must be edited and ready for publishing.
